- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes, undrained
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain the excess fat.
- Add the Rotel tomatoes, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder to the skillet.
- Stir over medium heat until all ingredients are well combined and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, use hot Rotel tomatoes.
- You can substitute ground beef with sausage for a different flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
