  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla until a dough forms.
  3. Press 2/3 of the dough into the pan for the base.
  4. Spread strawberry jam evenly over the dough.
  5. Crumble the remaining dough on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool, then top with fresh berries and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
