- 2 lbs chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken with forks and mix with the sauce.
- Serve on buns or over rice.

- For extra flavor, add sliced onions or bell peppers.
