Ingredients

- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers. Stir well.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until flavors blend.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with the beef mixture. Stir well.
- Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and cilantro.
- Serve warm.

- Use whole wheat spaghetti for a healthier option.
- Substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef if preferred.
