- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add more cayenne pepper or diced jalapeños.
- You can make this dip ahead and refrigerate it before baking.
