Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out puff pastry on a lined baking sheet.
- Spread pesto evenly over the pastry.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan on top.
- Cut the pastry into a triangle shape for the tree.
- Make horizontal cuts along both sides for branches.
- Twist each branch outward.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
