- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green olives
- 1/4 cup finely chopped black olives
- 1/4 cup finely chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pepperoni
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add roasted red peppers, green olives, black olives, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on a flat surface. Spoon the cream cheese mixture onto the plastic wrap.
- Shape the mixture into a log by rolling it tightly in the plastic wrap. Twist the ends to secure.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Before serving, unwrap the log and roll it in chopped parsley for garnish.
- Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, omit the pepperoni.
- Can be prepared a day in advance for easy serving.
