Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until browned. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add chili paste, soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, and salt. Stir well.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
  6. Toss noodles with the creamy garlic sauce and cooked chicken.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
