- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chili paste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until browned. Set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chili paste, soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, and salt. Stir well.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
- Toss noodles with the creamy garlic sauce and cooked chicken.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust chili paste for more or less heat.
- Use coconut milk for a dairy-free option.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
