  • 1 cup beef or chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyère or Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme. Add to the skillet and brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Pour broth and Worcestershire sauce into the skillet. Add minced garlic and stir.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle shredded Gruyère and Parmesan cheese over the chicken. Return to the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
