Description

Garlic butter steak bites with parmesan cream sauce is a quick and flavorful dish. Tender steak pieces are seared in garlic butter and served with a rich parmesan cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Return steak bites to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
