Description
A hearty dish featuring tender steak tips coated in garlic butter, served with cheesy rigatoni pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak tips with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked rigatoni and steak tips to the skillet. Toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use freshly grated cheese for better melting.
- Adjust salt to taste if needed.
- For extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
