Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) ribeye or sirloin steaks
  • 1 (9 oz) package cheese-filled tortellini
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
