- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush both sides with the garlic-oil mixture.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or pasta.
