Delicious garlic parmesan chicken bites served with creamy rotini pasta.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add cooked rotini pasta and mix well.
- Serve hot with extra parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
