Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning and toss to coat.
- Add cooked pasta and parmesan cheese. Stir well.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.

- Use freshly grated parmesan for better flavor.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
- Let steak rest for 2-3 minutes after cooking for juicier bites.
