Ingredients

  • 500g chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 2 cups kalabasa (squash), cubed
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic and onion
  2. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned
  3. Pour water and bring to boil
  4. Add fish sauce and black pepper
  5. Simmer for 15 minutes
  6. Add squash and coconut milk
  7. Cook for 10 minutes
  8. Add coconut cream and simmer for 5 minutes
  9. Serve hot
