- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Place cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the glaze over them.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, increase the red pepper flakes.
- Serve with steamed rice and vegetables for a complete meal.
- Fresh ginger works best, but you can substitute with 1/2 tsp ground ginger if needed.
