- 8 oz noodles
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Stir in sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly.
- Remove from heat and stir in lime juice and green onions.
- Serve immediately.
