Description

A refreshing Hawaiian pasta salad with tropical flavors.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, ham, pineapple, red bell pepper, and green onions.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
