A simple and healthy air fryer chicken fillet recipe that’s quick to make and packed with flavor.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets (about 200g each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 5 minutes.
- Pat the chicken fillets dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
- Coat the chicken fillets evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 5-7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For crispier chicken, lightly spray with oil before cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness of fillets.
- Use a meat thermometer for best results.
