A simple recipe for healthy chicken nuggets made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place chicken nuggets in the air fryer in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For crispier nuggets, spray lightly with olive oil before cooking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for best texture.
