Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions
- Mix garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary in a bowl.
- Add steak cubes and coat evenly. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.

- Use a meat thermometer for medium-rare (135°F).
- Double the marinade for extra flavor.
