- 2 cups chopped vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, zucchini)
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add diced onion, minced garlic, and chopped vegetables.
- Pour chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Sprinkle oregano, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred chicken with a fork before serving.
