- While the beef rests, shape the mashed potatoes into hearts using a mold.
- Arrange the asparagus around the plate.
- Drizzle with red wine sauce before serving.

- Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter for the mashed potatoes if a mold isn’t available.
- Let the beef rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
