- 1 heart-shaped cookie cutter
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, being careful not to break the yolks.
- Place the heart-shaped cookie cutter in the pan.
- Pour one egg into the cookie cutter and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully remove the cookie cutter and flip the egg to cook the other side for 1 minute.
- Repeat with the second egg.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
