- 1/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water

- Heart shaped candy molds
Instructions
- Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until sugar dissolves, then stop stirring and let it boil until it reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
- Remove from heat and stir in flavored extract and food coloring.
- Pour the mixture into heart shaped molds, insert lollipop sticks, and let it cool completely.
- Once hardened, remove from molds and enjoy.
