- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) baked beans
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Stir in baked beans, corn, barbecue sauce, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cut biscuit dough into pieces and arrange on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until biscuits are golden.
- Serve warm.
