Ingredients

  • 500g potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 300g carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 300g beef, diced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes and carrots in salted water until tender.
  2. In a separate pan, sauté onions until translucent.
  3. Add beef to the onions and cook until browned.
  4. Drain potatoes and carrots, mash them with butter.
  5. Mix the mashed vegetables with the beef and onions.
  6. Add beef broth and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
