Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate (chopped)
- 100g white chocolate (chopped)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Hello Kitty silicone mold
- Pink food coloring (optional)
- Sprinkles or edible glitter (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water or in the microwave in short bursts.
- Stir in 1/2 tsp coconut oil until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the Hello Kitty mold, filling each cavity halfway.
- Tap the mold gently to remove air bubbles.
- Freeze for 10 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate and mix with pink food coloring if desired.
- Pour the white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer.
- Add sprinkles or edible glitter.
- Freeze for another 15 minutes.
- Pop the chocolates out of the mold and enjoy.
Notes
- Use high-quality chocolate for best results.
- If you don’t have a Hello Kitty mold, use any heart-shaped mold.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
