Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 100g white chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Hello Kitty silicone mold
  • Pink food coloring (optional)
  • Sprinkles or edible glitter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water or in the microwave in short bursts.
  2. Stir in 1/2 tsp coconut oil until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate into the Hello Kitty mold, filling each cavity halfway.
  4. Tap the mold gently to remove air bubbles.
  5. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  6. Melt the white chocolate and mix with pink food coloring if desired.
  7. Pour the white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer.
  8. Add sprinkles or edible glitter.
  9. Freeze for another 15 minutes.
  10. Pop the chocolates out of the mold and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use high-quality chocolate for best results.
  • If you don’t have a Hello Kitty mold, use any heart-shaped mold.
  • Store in the fridge for up to a week.
