- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- Chop all vegetables
- Place chicken in crockpot
- Add beans and vegetables
- Pour olive oil and seasonings
- Cook on low for 6 hours
- Shred chicken before serving
