Ingredients

- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced zucchini

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add spinach, bell peppers, zucchini, and onions to the mixture.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Pour the mixture into the dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
