Instructions

- Add butter and rosemary to the pan, then baste the fillets.
- Transfer the pan to the oven and cook for 5-7 minutes for medium-rare.
- Meanwhile, toss asparagus and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast the vegetables for 10 minutes while the steak rests.
- Slice the steak and serve with roasted vegetables.
