Make your own homemade pumpkin coffee creamer for a delicious seasonal twist to your morning coffee.
Ingredients

- 1 cup milk (any type)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine milk, heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a small saucepan.
- Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until well blended and warm (do not boil).
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Pour into a jar or bottle and store in the refrigerator.
- Shake well before each use.
- Add to your coffee as desired.
Notes
- Use fresh or canned pumpkin puree.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
