Description

Make your own homemade pumpkin coffee creamer for a delicious seasonal twist to your morning coffee.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (any type)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a small saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until well blended and warm (do not boil).
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
