Ingredients

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- Add water and oil, stir until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour a thin layer of batter, swirl to coat the pan.
- Cook for 1 minute until edges lift.
- Flip and cook for 30 seconds.
- Remove and let cool before using.
Notes
- Store unused wrappers between parchment paper.
- Adjust thickness for crispier or softer wrappers.
- Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
