Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, bell peppers)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken breasts with half of the glaze and place them on a baking sheet.
- Toss vegetables with the remaining glaze and arrange them around the chicken.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust honey and mustard ratio to taste.
