- 1/2 cup cooked vermicelli noodles
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce (optional)
- Water for sealing wrappers
Instructions
- Soften the spring roll wrapper in warm water for 10 seconds.
- Place the wrapper on a flat surface.
- Add a small amount of each filling ingredient in the center.
- Fold the sides inward over the filling.
- Roll tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.
- Seal the edge with a dab of water.
- Repeat for remaining wrappers and filling.
Notes
- Keep wrappers covered with a damp towel to prevent drying.
- Adjust fillings to your preference.
