Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse rice and cook with water according to package instructions. Stir in dill after cooking.
- Mix lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush half of the glaze over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
- Brush remaining glaze over salmon before serving.
- Serve salmon over dill rice.

- Use fresh dill for best flavor.
- Adjust honey for desired sweetness.
- Check salmon at 12 minutes to prevent overcooking.
