Ingredients

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse rice and cook with water according to package instructions. Stir in dill after cooking.
  3. Mix lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  4. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush half of the glaze over the salmon.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
  7. Brush remaining glaze over salmon before serving.
  8. Serve salmon over dill rice.
