Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Place ham in a roasting pan and score the surface lightly.
  3. In a saucepan, combine blueberries, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, pepper, and cloves. Simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
  4. Brush half the glaze over the ham.
  5. Bake for 1.5-2 hours, basting every 30 minutes with remaining glaze.
  6. Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

  • Use a spiral-cut ham for easier serving.
