A delicious ham glazed with a sweet and tangy blueberry balsamic sauce, perfect for special occasions.
Ingredients

- 1 (8-10 lb) fully cooked ham
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Place ham in a roasting pan and score the surface lightly.
- In a saucepan, combine blueberries, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, pepper, and cloves. Simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
- Brush half the glaze over the ham.
- Bake for 1.5-2 hours, basting every 30 minutes with remaining glaze.
- Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use a spiral-cut ham for easier serving.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- Leftover glaze can be served as a sauce.
