Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until boiling.
- Boil for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Mix in nuts if desired, then pour into the prepared pan.
- Let cool at room temperature until firm, then cut into squares.
