Delicious no-bake gingerbread truffles coated in white chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed gingerbread cookies
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Mix crushed gingerbread cookies, cream cheese, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves in a bowl.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate.
- Place the coated truffles back on the baking sheet.
- Chill until the chocolate sets.

- Store truffles in the refrigerator.
- Use leftover gingerbread cookies for this recipe.
