- 3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place sweet potato cubes in a baking dish.
- Mix maple syrup, butter, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Pour mixture over sweet potatoes and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle pecans on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes until tender.

- Toast pecans before adding for extra crunch.
