- 4 chicken quarters
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Season chicken quarters with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown chicken on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer chicken to the crockpot.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot.

- You can add vegetables like carrots and potatoes for a complete meal.
- For crispier skin, broil the chicken for 2-3 minutes after cooking.
