- 6 cups mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Grill steak for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Let steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Combine mixed greens, tomatoes, onion, and cucumber in a large bowl.
- Top salad with sliced steak and feta cheese.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss lightly.
- Serve immediately.
