- 2 eggs
- 100ml milk
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix eggs, milk, flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add potatoes and onion to the batter, stir well.
- Heat oil in a pan, pour in the mixture, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm.
