Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the beef on all sides.
- Place the beef in the crockpot.
- Mix beef broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the beef.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the beef and serve.
