Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and green onions.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- In a pan, heat Korean BBQ sauce and sesame oil.
- Toss the cooked meatballs in the sauce.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
- For extra heat, add red pepper flakes.
