- 4 boneless, skinless chicken
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in lemon juice, zest, and chicken broth. Stir well.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
