  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  6. Pour in lemon juice, zest, and chicken broth. Stir well.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
