- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced

- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.
- Add lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove lobsters and let cool slightly.
- Melt butter in a pan and add garlic.
- Cook for 1 minute, then add lemon juice.
- Split lobsters in half and brush with garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Serve immediately.
