Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Add shredded cabbage and soy sauce.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until cabbage is tender.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
