- 2 cups macaroni pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 onion, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil macaroni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pot, melt butter and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add carrots and celery. Simmer until vegetables soften.
- Stir in cooked macaroni and evaporated milk. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
